In the dystopian Chicago Beatrice Prior, society is divided into five factions, each dedicated to cultivating a particular virtue: Truth (sincere), Abnegation (the altruists), Daring (the brave), Agreeableness (peaceful) and Lore (smart). In an annual ceremony, all boys aged sixteen to decide which faction will devote the rest of their lives. Beatrice must choose between staying with your family or be who he really is, you can not have both, so take a decision that surprised everyone, including her.
